How it works

Three inputs. Zero logging.

01

Your race date

Tell us when you race and how your training week looks.

02

Carb-load plan

Day-by-day fueling targets timed to your runs.

03

Grocery list

Meals built from food you already have at home.

What you get

Everything between you and the start line.

Day-by-day targets

Carbs, protein, fat, calories, and hydration for every day of race week, calculated from your bodyweight and your actual runs.

Real meals, not macros

Breakfast through dinner, written to hit your numbers with the food in your kitchen. Rice and bananas, not powders and gels-only dogma.

Race-morning protocol

Fast-digesting, low-fiber, familiar food, timed 2 to 3 hours before the gun. The morning is scripted so you don't have to think.

Restrictions respected

Vegan, gluten-free, lactose-intolerant, or just picky: your plan only ever includes food you can actually eat.

One grocery run

A single list covering the whole week, generated from your plan. Shop once, fuel all week.

Hydration that scales

Daily targets that grow with your mileage, not a flat “drink 8 glasses” guess.

Why it's different

Built for runners with jobs.

No food logging. Ever.

Every nutrition app wants you to photograph your lunch forever. We don't track what you ate. We tell you what to eat next.

For everyday runners.

Not triathletes with power meters and a coach. If you run four times a week and want to not hit the wall, this is for you.

Works with your kitchen.

Plans are generated from the food you already have. No specialty ingredients, no 40-item shopping lists.

Why this exists

I'm not a nutritionist. I'm a runner who kept getting this part wrong.

Every training plan I've followed tells me exactly what to run. Six easy. Eight with the last two at pace. Rest. Not one of them ever told me what to eat, and the internet has an infinite supply of confident, contradictory answers.

What bothers me is that the science here isn't actually unsettled. Carb loading has been well understood for decades. It's arithmetic on your bodyweight and your mileage. Nobody had just done that math and handed me a plan I could follow on a Tuesday night with what was already in my fridge.

So I built the thing I wanted. No logging, no macro spreadsheets, no pretending you're a professional triathlete. Your week, your body, your kitchen, and a straight answer about what to eat and when.

FAQ

Fair questions.

When does it launch?

It's in active development now. The waitlist gets it first. You get a confirmation when you sign up, then one email when it's ready. Nothing else.

Do I really never log food?

Really. You tell us your weight, your training week, and what's in your kitchen once. The plan comes to you. There's nothing to track.

I follow a training plan (Runna, a coach, a spreadsheet). Does this fit?

Yes. Runner's Plate sits alongside any training plan. You tell us what your week looks like, and we handle the fueling side.

Will it be free?

A daily fueling suggestion will be free. The full race-week experience (the 7-day plan, carb-load schedule, and grocery list) will be paid. Waitlist members hear about pricing first.

What about dietary restrictions?

Set them once (vegan, gluten-free, allergies, foods you just hate) and every plan respects them absolutely.

Your next race deserves a plan.
