Where do my targets come from?

Your daily carbs, protein, fat and water are calculated by fixed rules from your bodyweight, your training week and how far you are from race day. The AI only writes the meals that hit those numbers, using the food you put in your kitchen.

My plan will not generate

Check you have a signal and try again. If you have regenerated a lot in a short time, the app will ask you to wait a little before the next one. If it keeps failing, email us and say which day you were trying to plan.

My numbers changed

If you edit your week, your race date or your weight after a plan was made, the app marks that plan as out of date. Tap regenerate to get meals for the new targets.

Deleting your account

In the app, go to Profile, then Delete my account. It removes your profile, training, plans and kitchen straight away. You can also email us from the address on the account and we will do it for you.
